  • General Information

    All Senior obligation and debts, MUST be cleared through  the Student Store, Library, and/or Textbook Room, before purchasing tickets for any Senior Activities.

    Payments can be made in cash, by personal check, money order, cashier's check or online. Personal checks will be accepted until April 30th, but starting May 1st, all purchases MUST be paid in cash.

     

    Cap and Gown Information

    Thursday, may 19th - 2-3:30 - Cap and gown pick up in the cafeteria. Caps and gowns for males are black and females are red. Please Contact Josten's, at www.jostens.com if you have not already placed your order. All senior debts MUST be cleared, in order to pick up a cap and gown.

     

    Graduation Practice Day 1

    TBD - report to Senior Glen/JWPAC

    This is a MANDATORY rehearsal, for seniors on Graduation Status, in the JWPAC. Again, students not attending this rehearsal WILL NOT participate in the graduation ceremony. If any senior or parents/guardian has any questions regarding graduation status, please check with the senior's Counselor.

     

    Graduation Practice Day 2

    Wednesday, June 1st - 8:00 a.m. - JWPAC

    This is a MANDATORY rehearsal, for seniors on Graduation Status, in the JWPAC, students not attending this rehearsal WILL NOT participate in the graduation ceremony. Six graduation tickets will be given to each Graduating Senior at the end of this rehearsal. Additional tickets may be purchased, after practice, on the Football Home Side Ticket Booth, for $10.00 each.

     

    Graduation Ceremony

    Wednesday, June 1 - 6:00 p.m. - Moyse Field (Gates will open at 5:00p.m.)

    Seniors report to John Wayne Performing Arts Center at 5:00 p.m. Seniors who are not dressed appropriately will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony. Tickets will be required by all guests for entrance. Handicap access will be available between 4:30p.m. to 5:00p.m. In order for everyone to have the same opportunity to hear the names announced, we request no inappropriately loud applause or other forms of expression during the presentation of diplomas Following the ceremony, graduates will participate in a final recessional from the field. Graduation usually lasts approximately two hours. Guests are asked to meet their graduates in the quad at a specific location after the ceremony where the diplomas will be distributed.

     

    Diploma Pick-up

    Graduates, please pick-up your diploma after the ceremony at the Student Snack Lines between the 4000 building and the cafeteria.
